They usually marry their brother or sisters to also symbolize the power of their bloodline like the FireClaws.

Abilities: Breathe water on land only. Water is from the body that was swallowed from when the dragon was last underwater.

King and Queen: Leviathan and Anemone.

Princes: Tidal, Whirlpool.

Princesses: Aqua, Mermaid.

ForestClaws[]

Description: Scales as green as a sunflower stem with thorn related spikes. Have thorns as spikes at the end of their tail. After hatching, the thorns on their tail begin to grow on and should fully grow on by the time they’re eight months old. Have different patterns.

Abilities: Can shoot a poisonous venom. However, they rarely shoot venom and only do it when they know for sure are in danger. Thorns on their backs and the thorns on their tail are delicate and when ripped off, it causes great pain to the dragon. However, a thorn barb on their tail that fell off will regrow in less than a week.

Princesses: Aki, Anthiese, Acantha, other lost ones that can't be found.

GalaxyClaws[]

ShadowClaws[]

King and Queen: Yami and Ciaran.

Princes: Gray.

Princesses: Luna.

VoidClaws[]

Description: Scales with many varieties of colors. There are hundreds of varieties, and still not all can be determined. Considered to be the most immortal dragon, for having every single ability existing, but are very arrogant when it comes to power. They do not have a certain “theme” for names and just name baby dragons whatever they wish. Most VoidClaws have combined two word names. Have nobles like the EarthClaws.

Abilities: Can do everything that the other dragons can do, all in one dragon like they were hybrids of all the other dragons, even if some Dragon Types have some abilities that not very much dragons have, the VoidClaws have it. However, it is rare for a VoidClaw dragid, but it is possible.

King and Queen: Dragonkiller and Mindstalker.

Princesses: Swordwielder.

Abilities: Have excellent night vision, glow in the dark scales.

King and Queen: Lumos and Dawn.

MetalClaws[]

Description: Hard scales with gray and silver colors. Wear armors made from other MetalClaws’ scales. Armor given after hatching, where some scales of the mother will fall off and will be given to the baby dragon. Scales charge up in the sunlight, making their firebreath stronger. MetalClaws do not like lava, since their armor will instantly melt, causing them to become weak and close to death. They have a tradition of princes marrying their sisters.

Abilities: Have strong armor made out of the mother’s scales that are given after hatching. Scales turn darker when they are charging sunlight to charge their firebreath.

King and Queen: Steel and Mineral.

Princes: Ferrous.

Princesses: Iron, Adventurine.

BloodClaws[]

Description: Bodies are made completely out of blood from the mother. Scales are more smooth since bodies are made out of blood. As the BloodClaw gets older, the dragon’s scales will start to harden, creating tougher scales. These scales can easily kill other dragons if a BloodClaw is born with too much blood, so beware. All scales should harden by the time that they’re six. Any carcass of a BloodClaw will be eaten by the young BloodClaws for health, since they have a philosophy that when blood from one BloodClaw enters another BloodClaw’s body, it will give the dragon eternal luck, although some say it is not true.

Abilities: When flying, their wing are so huge that their wings can be seen from a few miles away. However, as the BloodClaw ages, their wings start to shorten. When they spread their wings into the air, dragons must know a BloodClaw is nearby since they’re deadly.

King and Queen: Diablo and Blessed.

Princes: Scar.

ThunderClaws[]

Description: Have scales that will shock you in an instant! Other Dragon Kingdoms say that if you touch the scales of a ThunderClaw, not only will you be shocked, but you will have bad luck for a few weeks. Tails are pointy and also shocking.

Abilities: Can shoot electricity as their element. Tails look like they’re cute to touch, but they’re deadly! When a ThunderClaw’s scales and/or tail is touched, you will get a really shocking shock.

King and Queen: Thunderstorm and Zip.

Princes: Pikachu.

Princesses: Discharge.

InsectClaws[]

Description: Scales as smooth as a bug. But watch out! They really do bug you! Wings are like a bee’s wings. Don’t like to communicate with other Kingdoms for their own safety, but only do it if they have to. They call in many different patterns and it depends on their parents which pattern they have. They can have multiple bug-like patterns that depend. If they have a bee pattern, they buzz and can sting. The stings are poisonous, unless if you’re another InsectClaw.

Abilities: Can fly faster than any other dragon, even the WindClaws. Don’t challenge it to a race, it might beat you no matter how fast you are.

King and Queen: Hawker and Bumblebee.

Princes: Dragonfly, Zygentoma.

Princesses: Yellowjacket, Ladybug.

EarthClaws[]

Description: Scales as smooth as actual mud. Some parts of their bodies are made of mud. Unlike the others and similar to WaterClaws, the EarthClaws absorb mud and that’s what they breathe it their element! However, if they step into water, the amount of their mud breath, and its power, decreases. Have nobles that guard the kingdom, called "Lady" or "Lord" depending on their gender.

Prologue[]

It was a normal day in the of the Fire Kingdom in the land of Clawdin. Queen Azar was carving on clay to write about their times, thinking on how it would impact the future. Azar was a blood red colored dragon with an indian red colored tail. Meanwhile, King Inferno was training his son, Prince Firestorm, on how to be King of the FireClaws. Inferno was colored indian red with a blood red tail. Prince Firestorm was colored carmine and had a cerise colored tail. During training, Azar walked into the training room, where Firestorm was fighting Inferno with a toy sword.

“Normal day today, isn’t it?” Azar said as she walked into the room. “Uhh, am I disturbing anything?”

“Not really,” Inferno replied, “it’s just going normal with Firestorm’s favorite class: sword fighting.” Firestorm was still striking his father with a fake sword.

“Hahaha!” Firestorm laughed as he kept striking his father with his toy sword gently but pretending to make it look like it would hurt him. “Dad, you’re too easy! Even a nine-year old like me can beat you!” Firestorm laughed again.

“Son,” Azar said, “you know that it’s just your father pretending to be hit, right? Good and bad hits can be determined by chance.”

“Mom,” Firestorm said with a sigh, “I don’t care as much about luck, hope, and chance as much as you do. You say everything’s random. I don’t even understand.”

“Luck is always important,” she replied, “and it is determined by randomness and chances.”

“Azar, he’s young,” Inferno said as he used his claw to scratch his head like there was an insect there, “do you really have to lecture him about luck all the time? I mean, he probably understands everything you told him already.”

Azar paused. “Every King of any dragon kingdom should know that not everything, but some things, can be determined by chance. That is why Firestorm must learn it too.”

“Good point,” Inferno said, finally understanding why Azar always wanted to talk about luck, “but isn’t it just too early for Firestorm to learn? As the FireClaw Prince, he must learn how to fight, even at a young age.”

“Well, you sure it’s not too early for Firestorm to have to learn how to fight with a sword?"

“A Prince has to learn almost everything at a young age. What if the King of their kingdom dies? They take over as the heir. So, a prince and a princess MUST prepare, starting at birth.”

“Well, excuse me for interrupting. I’m not having this talk anymore. Go ahead and continue your training. I believe your right, he probably already learned everything I said.” Azar walked off with mixed emotions, but continued not to worry.

Inferno paused. He never seen his spouse act this way, but he didn’t worry. Azar would never break up with him, and he knew it. “Back to training, young Prince.”

“Yay!” Firestorm said happily, “But what’s it about? Sword fighting still? Fencing? Dad, I’m already so good at that stuff!”

“Actually, I don’t know what to do for your next lesson,” Inferno said, “but why don’t you go hang out with Uncle Blaze? He might seem lonely today.”

“I can help you come up with lesson ideas.”

“I want to keep your next training a surprise.”

"Why?”

“So you’ll be surprised and happy.”

“I’ll still be surprised and happy if you tell me!”

“Oh you’re such a silly dragon. Just go hang out with your uncle and your cousin while I plan it. Your uncle needs more things to do than nap 24/7.”

“Oh, fine. Just remember to continue my King training practice later! I just can’t wait to be King of the FireClaws!” Firestorm walked off, but still happy. Since his uncle lived in the palace, he got to see his cousin, Flame, and his aunt Sizzle. He adored Flame very much since of her curiosity and kindness and wanted her to be his Queen when he becomes King. Flame was just one year younger than Firestorm.

Firestorm got to the part of the palace where his uncle lived and walked in. When he walked in, Firestorm noticed Sizzle lighting the fireplace with her fire breath and his cousin’s pet cardinal, Phoenix, hanging from a lucky bamboo plant near the entrance to their cave that was part of their castle. Phoenix was the most popular bird in the entire Fire Kingdom since he could always dangle from things without falling, but his claws were quite sharp, but somehow he couldn’t make a scratch on anything he dangled on.

Sizzle noticed Firestorm walking in. “Salutations, Prince Firestorm,” she said, “we weren’t expecting any visitors; but of course, Flame would always like to hang out with you. And as normal, Phoenix is hanging on his favorite plant without making a scratch or falling off.”

“I did come to say hi and definitely hang out with Flame,” Firestorm said with glee.

“Tweet!” chirped Phoenix, who looked like he was listening the whole time. Phoenix was still dangling from his favorite lucky bamboo plant and was waiting for something to happen.

“Hey, Phoenix,” Sizzle said replying to his tweeting and his look, where he looked determined to face anything that happened, “sing us a song, will ya?”

Phoenix tweeted in reply and started singing. The tweeting was a little loud that everyone living in the cave was able to hear it, even Flame. Hearing this, Blaze woke up from his nap he was taking in his room and came to see what the noise was.

“What’s that noise?” Blaze said, annoyed. “I’m taking my beauty nap.”

"You mean beauty sleep,” Sizzle laughed.

“They’re the same thing.” By his tone, Blaze was definitely aggravated by his wife correcting his words.

“Whatever.”

At this moment, Flame came from her room too to see what was going on.

“Heya Mother,” said the eight-year old Flame as she walked in, “what’s up?”

“I just asked Phoenix to sing us a tune,” Sizzle replied, “and as you may have already noticed but not said anything, your cousin, Prince Firestorm has came to visit.”

“Yay!” Flame cheered.

Blaze stared at the dragons in the background, annoyed, but looking happy to hide his real emotion. He was silent.

“I’m going to say hello to my brother Inferno,” Blaze said as he walked out of the cave, where Phoenix tweeted at him, still dangling from the lucky bamboo. “Be right back.” He then left the cave and flew towards the palace with a malicious smile on his face.

“Well, since we’re here, Flame,” Firestorm said as he turned to Flame, “why don’t we hang out?”

“Sure!” Flame said. “Follow me to my room!” Firestorm nodded and then followed Flame to her room. Sizzle stayed in the family room but poured herself some tea and walked over to the living room and sat down on a rock. She then called Phoenix over to keep her company.

“Phoenix, sing me a tune,” she said to Phoenix, who was dangling again on a tall bush she put in the living room. Phoenix tweeted in reply and started singing some tunes.

Sizzle then thought about days with her sister Azar. She and Azar would always like to play card games together and then she decided to raise her daughter Flame to play Memory, her favorite, and become a champion. She was living as a commoner along with her sister back at the time, but since King Inferno chose Azar to be his spouse, because Azar liked to hang out with him and she served as an adviser to Inferno’s father, Kaen, which meant ‘Flame’ in Japanese, who died in an attack from the WaterClaws, a kingdom nearby that disrespected the FireClaws.

The WaterClaws disrespected the FireClaws for more than 1,000 years because of a fake scribe they found, along with the real corpse of Misty, their Princess at the time. Since only dragons wrote scribes in Clawdin, the WaterClaws could tell that the note was from a dragon; a killer dragon.

One of the most savage dragons in history, Fiamma, a FireClaw who decided to start a massacre on the Water Kingdom sometime more than a thousand years ago. Fiamma had no respect for others and was quite selfish, so he trained himself to become a psycho killer, and only attacked other kingdoms to prevent himself from getting exiled from the Fire Kingdom. When he was ready with his knives that were freshly new that he created himself out of stainless metal he had stolen from the Metal Kingdom, where dragons wore metal armor, where he killed an adviser and took its metal armor and used it to craft knives.

After killing a bunch of innocents, Fiamma then shot a dart at Princess Misty, who was hiding in her room in the WaterClaw Palace, where the Palace was made out of sand, but the sand was hard and impregnable. Fiamma covered his body so that when he dove into the water, he would not melt from the water. The dart put her to sleep and he secretly abducted her to somewhere outside of the kingdom, and he murdered Misty in her sleep. He then took her carcass and put it somewhere on the shore where WaterClaws could find her, since the WaterClaws live under the water and sometimes came on to the sandy shore. He left a note that said he killed Misty and that he was part of the Fire Kingdom. The Water Kingdom got angry and launched attacks whenever they wanted. Now, the Fire Kingdom is trying to make peace with the Water Kingdom and the other kingdoms that Fiamma attacked. Even though it was more than 1,000 years ago when Fiamma was alive before he was shot with a gun and killed by the Fire Kingdom Army, the kingdoms still haven’t forgiven the Fire Kingdom. Sizzle sipped some tea as she dreamed about it, hoping things like that would never happen again.

Meanwhile in Flame’s room, Flame and Firestorm spent a few hours playing board games and card games together.

“Aww,” Firestorm said. “You beat me at Memory again! You must be really good, since you beat me every time!”

“I feel like I was born to be a Memory champion,” Flame replied, “Mother told me that after I hatched and knew how to walk and all that baby stuff, she taught me how to play Memory, and then I became a champion.”

“Very nice! I feel happy for you,” Firestorm said with a grin.

Firestorm then heard a scream outside of the cave.

“Did I hear a scream?!” Flame shouted with fear as she put her Memory cards away.

Blaze then rushed into the cave. Looking like he was in a rush.

Sizzle noticed his look. “Did something happen?!”

“YES!!” Blaze shouted, “THE KINGDOM HAS BEEN SET ON FIRE!! IT WAS NOT BECAUSE THE OTHER KINGDOMS! THERE MUST BE A KILLER DRAGON IN THIS KINGDOM!”

Firestorm rushed in along with Flame. “WHAT?!” they both shouted at the same time.

Firestorm tried to calm down, “Don’t worry, everyone!” he said with determination, “I’ll go see what’s going on! Stay here, as my duty as Prince, it is my job to keep you all safe!!”

Flame was even more worried, “You have to have some assistance!” she said, “You could die! We’re not going to lose our Prince!”

“Don’t worry.” Firestorm was serious. “I don’t want you to get hurt. So stay.”

“If you insist,” Blaze replied with a small smirk. “We’ll be here for you if you need anything.”

“Alright, but I have to go now!” Firestorm rushed out of the cave. When he was rushing out, he noticed that even Phoenix was staring at him. Phoenix looked determined; determined that Firestorm would rescue everyone.

This is going exactly how it should be, Blaze thought as Firestorm rushed out the cave entrance.

Firestorm was determined to save the kingdom and was flying fast to get to the palace to ask his parents for more information. When he got there, there were a bunch of dragon corpses lying on the ground and the kingdom still on fire.

Too late, he thought, I always have to remember that even FireClaws can still die because of fire.

After a few minutes of him searching around for the cause of the fire, with no luck, Firestorm rushed over to the palace to find two corpses lying in front of it. He looked at the dragons carefully. One was a blood red colored female with an indian red tail. The other was a male that was colored indian red with a blood red tail. Firestorm gasped.

The two dragons lying dead in front of the castle were his parents.

Firestorm burst into tears and cried in front of his parents’ dead bodies. Blaze then came over to him and put Firestorm under his wing.

“Firestorm,” Blaze said, “some FireClaw killer has killed your parents. You were given the power to put out fires, and you didn’t come to rescue these defenseless dragons.”

Firestorm shed a tear hearing Blaze’s words.

“You didn’t come. These dragons called for help, but you were alone playing with your cousin Flame and you didn’t hear them… You should improve on your hearing, too. The main thing is, you didn’t help your kingdom. You allowed everyone to die.”

Firestorm started to cry even more. “I guess so,” he said with tears in his eyes.

“They’re going to blame you for the cause of the Fire Kingdom’s tragedy. And, I was out at the time when the attack started. It wasn’t another kingdom attacking. It was another FireClaw. You have to remember during any attack, you have to defend since FireClaws can die by fire, even though it doesn’t seem like it.”

“I know.”

“You should do something so that the entire kingdom doesn’t blame and kill you because you didn’t protect the kingdom.”

“I could tell them the whole situation.”

“The still won’t believe you. The only option is to run away. This way, they think you were killed and weren’t able to save them.”

“Do I have to run?”

“Unless if you don’t want to be killed.”

Firestorm sighed with tears in his eyes. “Fine,” he said finally. “Are you going to tell the Fire Kingdom that I’m dead?”

“No. I will just say you have gone missing, just like you are right now; you are running away.”

Firestorm started to cry. “Well, I have to leave now,” he said, crying as he jumped into the air to spread his wings, and flew off.

Blaze smirked. I finally got that pesky brat away, he thought, I never adored my nephew, my daughter, Phoenix, nor my wife. I wanted glory and power. It is finally time for my dream to be fulfilled. I will be the best ruler in the history of FireClaws! Since my older brother took the throne first and then Prince Firestorm ran away, I can take the throne! Oh, I’ll break that promise. He’ll die out there anyway. He’ll be dead!

The FireClaws were then called to meet outside the palace. Inferno and Azar’s carcasses were being preserved as the FireClaws that survived surrounded their carcasses.

“I am sorry to you all,” Blaze said, “but King Inferno and Queen Azar are dead. Unfortunately, Prince Firestorm, too. He went to rescue you all, but died trying to, but his body was stolen by some dragon we don’t know. There were no other dragons at the time, so I don’t know what happened with his corpse. This was a huge tragedy in the history of the Fire Kingdom, but since Prince Firestorm isn’t here and my brother Inferno is dead, I shall assume the throne, along with my wife Sizzle, who is now Queen, and my daughter Flame, who is now Princess.”

In the background, dragons were bowing and crying at the same time to their new King. They then had a royal funeral for Inferno and Azar. Nobody noticed that Blaze never cried during the funeral, and was only crying tears of joy when he got to assume the throne of the Fire Kingdom.

Meanwhile, Firestorm was flying through the forest, crying, trying to find somewhere to be. Why did this happen? Firestorm thought as he flew away to somewhere safe, Now I have to flee to a nearby kingdom! And my dream of becoming King of the FireClaws will never arrive. Goodbye, hopes and dreams. Most importantly… he paused to cry for a bit more while he was in the air. He then found the only safe spot to land, but it was the shore of the WaterClaw Kingdom. He then collapsed, where in his unconsciousness, he thought one more thing to himself.

Goodbye everyone. Certainly you, Flame.

Part 1: The Lost Prince[]

Chapter 1[]

In the Fire Kingdom, it was all over the talk right now that Firestorm had died and that his body was stolen. The Fire Kingdom then worried that there was a killer and/or bandit dragon planning an attack and they have already done something. The Fire Kingdom had been heartbroken, first losing a huge amount of commoners, King Inferno and Queen Azar, and most importantly, Prince Firestorm. The Fire Kingdom was then an easy target for attacks, and then other Kingdoms started attacking them for the sins that Fiamma did, still trying to get revenge. The Fire Kingdom was suffering despair and completely lost hope.

Flame was the most depressed of all that she even got anxiety worrying about what happened with Firestorm and what could possibly happen in the future. Flame weeped for days straight in the Palace along with Sizzle, but Blaze pretended to cry and was never crying.

I’ve had enough, Flame thought, crying, I am not letting my anxiety continue worrying about Firestorm. I am going to search for him. Flame was then determined.

Sizzle, who was by Flame’s side, noticed that Flame was looking determined. “Are you excited for something, Flame?” she asked.

“I have a plan to get back Firestorm,” Flame replied.

“You do?”

“Yes!”

“What’s your idea, Flame?”

“I will start a search party and we will look for Firestorm all together!”

“Flame,” Sizzle said with grief, “I’m afraid that your plan won’t work.”

“WHAT?!” Flame was shocked.

“I’m afraid it’s true. You see, according to your father, the King of FireClaws, Firestorm’s body was taken, or that’s what he thinks.”

“If he says ‘think’, it means it would be true or not.”

“True, but we cannot find Firestorm anywhere. So, unfortunately, you might have to cancel the search party, but you may start your search party when you’re older. We don’t want you to get hurt as the Princess of FireClaws. You are eight years old. You shouldn’t die at a young age.”

“Fine,” Flame said regretfully, “but I will start a search for Firestorm when I can.”

“You are very determined,” Sizzle said as she and Flame embraced, where Flame started to cry again.

Meanwhile, at the edge of the Water Kingdom, there was a WaterClaw horde crowding around a FireClaw body. The FireClaw was Firestorm.

The horde of WaterClaws, children and adults, were crowded around Firestorm’s unconscious body, whispering things like “we should tell King Leviathan, Queen Anemone, or one of the princesses or princes!” or “a treacherous FireClaw. We should just kill it; unless if it’s already dead.” The chatter went on for a few minutes until Firestorm finally woke up from his very long unconsciousness.

“It woke up! Will it attack us?” a young dragon said, causing the other WaterClaws to slowly back away.

“Quick! Get the King Leviathan, Queen Anemone, or a princess or prince!” another WaterClaw yelled.

“I won’t hurt you!” Firestorm shouted, trying to make it as clear as he possibly can.

“FireClaws have ruined our kingdom and our future!” a WaterClaw said, “You are just here to try and trick us so you can kill us!! We have the advantage at type, but you take advantage of us!”

“That’s not true,” Firestorm said, “I need to explain my story―”

“Your story on how your kingdom is planning to take over us, even in their tragic state,” a WaterClaw child interrupted.

“No.” Firestorm was serious.

“He sounds serious,” said another WaterClaw say as its tail moved up and down perpetually, making the water splash onto the sand.

“Who knows if he’s the serious like he’s actually serious or the serious where he’s being serious about lies that he wants us to believe?” another WaterClaw said from the water, hearing the conversation about Firestorm the whole time, while it went underwater again to breathe from its gills, and came back up.

WaterClaws were the only dragon type in the entire Clawdin that could breathe underwater like a fish and that had gills and fins. Firestorm wanted the ability to breathe underwater like WaterClaws and always liked the royal blue colors of their scales. WaterClaws were very powerful underwater and could breathe underwater like there was oxygen in the water, but could only hold their breath for up to two hours on land even though they could still breathe on land, but it always made their throats dry breathing on land, so WaterClaws always tried to breathe underwater unless if they had to go back to the surface in any circumstance. However, WaterClaws often had more babies than the other dragon types. WaterClaws also had the ability to know if something was a trick, so they often knew if something was a lie, but only females were born with it; so females were always depended on in a crime situation. WaterClaws inhaled water when they were underwater and then they could spit water from on land. They could do it underwater as well, but it would be useless sitting water from underwater. WaterClaws were had convenient powers if they were used correctly and used in the right situation.

There were a few small waves that came onto shore, touching some of the WaterClaws’ tails. Then, out of the water came six dragons. Two were adults and the others were children.

“I was hearing that there was a FireClaw here,” said the female of the adults, “is that true?”

“Ah, Queen Anemone!” a WaterClaw shouted cheerfully. “Thank goodness you’re here along with King Leviathan, Princess Mermaid, Prince Tidal, Princess Aqua, and Prince Whirlpool! The rest are in the hatchery, unhatched and unable to see an event where we might kill a FireClaw!”

So that’s the royal WaterClaw family, Firestorm thought, the prophecies were true; WaterClaw families do have a lot of children. The royal family has six dragons, four are children while the rest are currently in the hatchery. If I was king of the FireClaws, one child would be enough for me.

King Leviathan stepped out of the water, “Anemone, Mermaid, Tidal, Aqua, Whirlpool, stay in the water.”

“Alright, Daddy!” shouted the youngest WaterClaw royal, Princess Mermaid.

Anemone pulled her children close. “There’s a FireClaw here. Stay by me at all times and don’t even think about going out of the water onto the shore.”

“Fine, Mom,” Mermaid whispered to Anemone. The dragons watched Leviathan confront Firestorm, but Aqua paid the most attention to Firestorm.

Leviathan stepped out of the water, where other WaterClaws cleared the way for him to walk out of the water straight to Firestorm.

“I finally get to see King Leviathan confront a FireClaw!” a young WaterClaw shouted in the background. Hearing this, Leviathan smiled.

When Firestorm got to see Leviathan up close, he could see Leviathan’s appearance better. Leviathan of course was the King of the WaterClaws, but he looked really colorful. Leviathan’s scales were royal blue with a mixture of sky blue with his tail a sea blue with a mix of light green.

“So you’re the FireClaw who’s trespassing in my kingdom, huh?” Leviathan said angrily, making sure his eyes were lined up with Firestorm’s.

“I am not here to trespass,” Firestorm replied, “I have to be here.”

“Have to be here to do what? To kill us all?”

“No.”

“Then what is it?”

“You see, I am the prince of the Fire Kingdom, you know. I have suffered the tragedy. My uncle said that because I was born with the innate power to put out fires well, I should’ve saved the kingdom, but instead I was playing Memory with my cousin Princess Flame. He said I would be blamed for the death of everyone in the huge fire, so he said I have to run off. I had to.”

Everyone in the crowd gasped at Firestorm, including the dragons that were watching in the water. Firestorm guessed that almost 25% of the WaterClaw population were around him.

“Very well then,” Leviathan said, “but how do I know you’re not trying to trick us?”

“I am not lying,” Firestorm said in a serious tone.

“FireClaws are treacherous.”

“Look, I’m having a hard time suffering from the tragedy, okay?”

“Alright, I’ll let you go on one condition.” Leviathan’s tone was serious, which Firestorm thought it meant he meant what he was going to say. “You must tell us if that prophecy of Fiamma killing Misty was true.”

That’s an easy question to answer, Firestorm thought, I already know the answer to that.

“Yeah! Tell us!” the crowd started to shout.

“The prophecy is true,” Firestorm said. Everyone gasped.

“And are you following that prophecy: trying to kill us like Fiamma did to us and other Dragon Kingdoms in Clawdin?” Leviathan questioned.

“No. The dragon was killed a few years later. Us FireClaws were disrespected, but we never followed the story of Fiamma murdering dragons from other Kingdoms. I am trying to all the tribes know.”

“Very nice journey you have there,” Leviathan said sarcastically.

“Thank you?” Firestorm replied. He didn’t know if Leviathan was saying that as a compliment or if he was fiddling with him.

“All WaterClaws, return to the water except for Anemone, Mermaid, Aqua, Tidal, and Whirlpool,” Leviathan said, “this FireClaw appears to be a friendly one who is convincing us that the FireClaws are not trying to kill like Fiamma.” The WaterClaw commoners returned to the water like Leviathan’s orders, but Anemone, Mermaid, Aqua, Tidal, and Whirlpool stayed.

“Your Highness,” Firestorm said, “I thank you for forgiving me and believing what I said.”

“Your welcome,” Leviathan replied, “but I have one last thing to say to you.”

“What?” Firestorm was curious.

“If you lie and attack us, no matter if you do it or another FireClaw, I’ll rip your face off and tear you to bloody shreds.”

And Leviathan was serious.

Chapter 2[]

I heard that WaterClaws were friendly, Firestorm thought as he heard Leviathan’s words, but it seems they can be quite threatening to FireClaws.

“You better watch out,” Leviathan said to Firestorm, “Because us WaterClaws know how to and tear you to bloody shreds.”

“I never lie, Your Majesty,” Firestorm said to Leviathan, bowing.

“Just because you bow doesn’t mean you are going to respect us, FireClaw,” Leviathan said. When he made sure he addressed the message to Firestorm, he turned to Anemone. “Anemone, take the kids back. I will be back with you in a bit.”

“Alright.” Anemone and Leviathan’s children went back into the water. Aqua, however, didn’t follow her mother and remained at the tip of the water. Aqua looked at Firestorm with her royal blue eyes looking at Firestorm.

“Aqua, let’s go!” Anemone shouted at Aqua. “As the oldest WaterClaw royal, we shall not let you die since you are the next heir for the throne; certainly by the hands of a FireClaw!”

“Mother,” Aqua replied to Anemone, “I know what I’m doing. As the oldest, I’m not just next in line for the throne of the WaterClaws, I am the also a very confident and good fighter. I will check the FireClaw. He seems nice.”

“No, no, no!” Anemone shouted angrily, “Get back in the water, now! That FireClaw could try to lurk us into his trap!”

“You have to stop worrying about me,” Aqua replied angrily at her mother, “I am NOT a child anymore, okay?”

“I shall not allow you to die.”

“I’m going anyway. Father’s there.”

“I guess so. Leviathan, Aqua wants to stay up here; for training, I guess. Would she be fine to stay?”

“Yes. Alright, Aqua, you may stay,” Leviathan said to Anemone first, then Aqua, “but don’t you have to not allow this FireClaw to trespass the Water Kingdom. I will allow you to watch him. Make sure he flees the kingdom immediately. We’re counting on you as our next heir.”

“Yes, yes, I know that I am the next heir!” Aqua replied in an angry tone, “Stop treating me like a child. I will do what I have to do.”

“Alright then.” Leviathan and the rest of the royal WaterClaws went underwater back to the palace, leaving Aqua with Firestorm.

Firestorm was afraid of what Aqua would do, since he was a FireClaw and Aqua was a WaterClaw. He decided to play it cool. “Hello, Princess Aqua,” he said to her, “May I be in any assistance, Your Highness?” He bowed to her to show his respect.

Aqua already had a crush on Firestorm even though he was a FireClaw, but he didn’t know that yet, and she was already surprised for a FireClaw to act this way to her. “Hi. Nice to meet you too, Prince Firestorm,” she replied, also bowing to the Fire Kingdom Prince.

Both Aqua and Firestorm were silent. “Why are you being so nice to me?” Firestorm said to break the silence.

“I really don’t know,” Aqua said, trying to think of a thing they could talk about to pass the time and to break the silence.

“I guess I could think of something to talk about,” Firestorm replied.

Should I tell him? Aqua thought, that I like him? I feel like I should, but I can’t since I feel like doing this would betray my own Kingdom. WaterClaws and FireClaws do not belong together, according to my Kingdom. I can’t just confess I love him. I feel like I would never be accepted anyway into the Fire Kingdom. Wouldn’t the King and Queen reject me? The FireClaws are said to be rude, but Prince Firestorm actually looks really friendly. I don’t know if I should tell him I like him and to take me to the Fire Kingdom. Would I be accepted into the Fire Kingdom even though I’m a WaterClaw; or more importantly, the WaterClaw Princess?

Meanwhile, back in the Fire Kingdom, Blaze was sitting on the throne, happily. However, Sizzle and Flame were not as happy as he was. Sizzle was noticing that Blaze was never crying about his nephew and his brother’s death, he would just cry tears of joy that he was ruling the Fire Kingdom. Sizzle felt angry. Her mate was never as selfish and arrogant as he was right now after his brother’s death. Sizzle felt fine as the Fire Queen and her daughter Flame as the Fire Princess, but she felt like something wasn’t right.

Sizzle was still with Flame, crying in the King and Queen’s bedroom about Firestorm’s disappearance and the death of Inferno and Azar. Sizzle felt like her mate was too arrogant and selfish since he wasn’t spending time crying and he was spending too much time planning an army, which seemed reasonable, but never too reasonable of why he should still be upset over his brother’s death.

“Flame,” Sizzle said to Flame, who was still crying from earlier.

“Can I help you, Mother?” Flame replied.

“Haven’t you noticed something strange?”

“Strange feeling I feel like I should be an older dragon?”

“No.”

“I feel multiple strange feelings. Which one?”

“That your father started the massacre and killed his own brother and most of the citizens.”

“I don’t know why that would be strange because I was in this room for most of the day thinking about Firestorm.”

“Your father was never crying.”

“Really?”

“I have seen him a few times today and he was only crying tears of joy ever since we assumed the throne.”

Sizzle got up. “I am going to talk to him,” she said to Flame.

Flame didn’t know if it was going to be good or bad. “Did my father reject us?”

“Sounds like it. I’m going to talk to him. Stay here,” Sizzle said as she left the room to get to the throne room of the Fire Kingdom Palace.

Sizzle walked into the throne room, expecting to find Blaze there. Blaze wasn’t in the room. She was curious of where Blaze would be. She looked everywhere, but Blaze wasn’t where she thought he was. Blaze wasn’t taking a nap like he always used to, Phoenix was still dangling from his lucky bamboo plant in the throne room, sleeping, and he wasn’t asking the chef to prepare a meal for the new royal family tonight. Blaze was nowhere to be found.

That’s strange, Sizzle thought after looking in all the spots she thought Blaze would be in. I thought he would be in all those places I thought he would be him. Maybe he’s outside?

Blaze walked to the backyard outside of the palace. The backyard was full of lava the FireClaws could sleep in, since FireClaws loved to rest in lava. Blaze wasn’t resting in the lava, so Sizzle decided to check the village.

Blaze walked out of the palace and she was not able to see Blaze anywhere when she first looked out the large cave. She walked outside of the FireClaw Palace and looked for Blaze in the village. She walked into dragon caves and always asked the dragons that lived there if she could look for King Blaze in there. Sizzle searched everywhere, which means only one thing.

As King of the FireClaws, Blaze could be planning something murderous with his brother dead and is targeting the other kingdoms for an attack.

But who or which Kingdom is he targeting?

Chapter 3[]

Firestorm and Aqua were still talking. Aqua still didn’t know if she should tell Firestorm she liked him and he was her crush.

He would never accept me, even if he has a crush on me and I also do, Aqua thought. I am the Princess of the WaterClaws, and Firestorm is the Prince of FireClaws. But I should ask him how the tragedy went and how and why he’s even here in the WaterClaw Kingdom!

“Aqua,” Firestorm consulted, “you’ve been looking at me weirdly. Are you trying to tell me something?”

Aqua paused. Should she just say that she liked him? Should she just say that she was wondering what happened to the Fire Kingdom in the Kingdom’s tragedy?

“You’re very quiet,” Firestorm said, “I like that.”

IS HE SAYING HE LIKES ME? Aqua thought in shock.

“I’m just saying. You looked very surprised.”

“I… I…” Aqua was muttering ‘I’s before she knew what to say. “I don’t know how the tragedy started or how the Fire Kingdom is suffering right now,” she finally said, “Can you tell me?”

“Well,” Firestorm replied, “there is one thing about that.”

“What?”

“I don’t know how the Fire Kingdom is suffering right now.”

Aqua was shocked. “WHAT?! HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW?”

Firestorm sighed in grief. “It’s because of my uncle.”

“Your uncle?”

“Yes, my uncle, who I am really sure is ruling the Fire Kingdom right now. I’m really sure he is now being called ‘King Blaze’.”

“Sorry to ask you questions about this tragedy and annoy you.”

“It’s fine.”

“Back to the question. Why do you not know about how the Kingdom is suffering right now? I mean, you’re the Prince.”

“Blaze forced me to run away, and I had to.”

“You had to? Why?”

“I now all of a sudden, I feel like it was a trick.”

“Us female WaterClaws can predict if things are true or not, as you may know. Tell me everything.”

“I thought I told you almost everything.”

“I need a bit more information that those things to find out if it’s true what Blaze told you or if it was a lie.”

“Alright. I’ll continue. Okay, so he said I would be responsible for the massacre and not defending the Fire Kingdom since I am the Prince of FireClaws. I basically told you everything, Aqua. Can you tell if he was lying or not?”

It was a few moments of silence until Aqua said something. “Sorry, I was thinking,” she said, “I need some time to think.” She sat down to think some more.

Is it true that WaterClaws females can tell if someone is lying or not? Firestorm thought. I wonder if she’s always being depended on as the WaterClaw Princess. Or there’s probably a secret behind that...

It was silent for a few more minutes until Aqua bolted up with a grin.

“Did you find it out?” Firestorm asked.

“Yes, yes, yes!” Aqua replied, cheerfully. “I found it out!”

“Was my uncle lying or not?”

Should I tell him? Aqua thought. Firestorm isn’t probably going to be happy hearing the truth. I have to do it anyway. I don’t care if I also do have to hide the truth about my powers in the process.

Aqua then frowned and put a sad look on her face and sighed.

“What’s the matter?” Firestorm asked, noticing her depressed look.

“It’s because of the answer,” Aqua replied.

“Well, what is the answer to my question? Was my uncle lying or not?” Firestorm started to think Aqua was going to say something bad and that’s why she had the looks on her face.

Aqua sighed and finally said what she was going to say. “Blaze was lying.”

Chapter 4[]

“ARE YOU JOKING?” Firestorm screamed really loud that the water on the shore even went back into the water while Aqua covered her ears.

“Yes,” Aqua replied. “But don’t yell so loud.” Wow, the FireClaws sure are loud.

Firestorm sighed, but before he was able to say anything, a WaterClaw came out of the water. It was Leviathan.

“You have been on the surface for way too long!” Leviathan shouted as he came out of the water with his scales glittering from the water. “Have you still gotten rid of that FireClaw?”

“Dad, I will explain this to you later,” Aqua replied to Leviathan. “I am doing something.”

“So you mean you’re doing something with THAT FireClaw?” Leviathan shouted angrily, mostly looking at Firestorm while he punctuated the line.

“Dad, I can explain!”

“BACK INTO THE WATER, NOW! STAY AWAY FROM THAT FireClaw!”

Aqua sighed. “See you later, Firestorm.”

“I’ll stay here. Come see me whenever you want to.”

“I will.” Aqua tried to say it quietly so Firestorm was able to hear her but not Leviathan.

Leviathan was going back into the water with Aqua. Aqua went back into the water and swam everywhere to enjoy her time back in the water and then swam back to the palace.

It was simple at the Sea Palace. Aqua’s siblings were carving drawings of WaterClaws battling FireClaws and writing ‘What we think may happen’ on the walls of the Palace, which the palace was hard, sturdy stand built out of rocks and covered in hard sands.

A fish swam in and Aqua got a glance at it before Tidal snapped at it and ate it. Tidal used his teeth to grab the fish’s tail and some of its body, killing it. Tidal ate some of the fish.

“Eww!” Aqua said as she saw blood in the water. “Tidal, why are you learning to kill things and spread their blood everywhere?”

“Because I am the next WaterClaw King,” Tidal replied. “I am going to be your king, Aqua.”

“Exactly,” Aqua said with a sigh. “But you’re a violence fan, and I’m not.”

Anemone bursted in and cheerfully shouted at Tidal, “Well done, son!”

“Mom?!” Tidal said, startled. “You were watching me?”

“Of course!” Anemone replied with a smile. “I am your tutor on how to be a great King! I will do the same for you later, Aqua. But for now, the King might be more important.”

You have got to be kidding me, Aqua thought. I hate all the 24/7 training to be a king or queen. This sucks.

“Heya, Anemone,” Leviathan greeted. “You will not believe what I just saw happened with Aqua and that FireClaw.”

“What?” Anemone was curious and shocked at the same time.

“I saw her chatting and hanging out with him!”

“WHAT?!”

“So as you may have seen, the FireClaw says he was friendly. Was he friendly to you, Aqua?”

Aqua nodded. “Yes, he was. Acted like that sweet Queen Dawn of the LightClaws.”

“Ah, Dawn,” Tidal said, hearing about Dawn, “I never seen her before.”

“I have heard of her, but I have never seen her,” Aqua replied, turning to Tidal. “But, I did hear that she was a really nice Light Queen, just like the LightClaws. They’re very friendly. I totally adore Queen Dawn!”

“She should be your role model,” Leviathan said, smiling.

“I have other things,” Aqua replied. “I shouldn’t be wasting them talking about Light Queen Dawn.”

“I heard there’s a Princess too, you can’t forget,” Anemone said.

“Wow, do all you dragon Kings and Queens have some way of communicating with other royal dragons?”

Tidal got interested on the ‘some way of communicating’ that Aqua asked Anemone about and kept paying attention to their conversation instead of trying to fall asleep like he always tries to do.

“I am friends with Dawn,” Anemone replied. “She told me about it when I went to visit the Light Kingdom.”

“Where is the Light Kingdom?” Tidal asked.

“I was wondering the same thing,” Aqua said.

“The Light Kingdom is an island floating somewhere to the east from the Water Kingdom,” Anemone said. “It’s at the end of the Water Kingdom.”

Woah, Princess Lucina, Aqua thought. She seems like she would be a really nice friend, if she ever decides to become a friend of ours.

In the Fire Kingdom, Sizzle was still shocked about what she thought of Blaze. He could and should not do this, Sizzle thought. He will make the other Kingdoms in Clawdin think that all of the citizens are sin committers.

Sizzle walked back to the Palace and walked back into Flame’s room.

“I can’t find your father,” she said, “but I know he must be doing something terrible.”

“How?” Flame was curious.

“He is not anywhere in the Fire Kingdom and he has been acting arrogant and never cried about the death of his brother and sister-in-law.”

“I noticed that too,” Flame said as she nodded.

“I know he must be doing something bad.” Sizzle then looked out the window to the shore where the Light Kingdom is, at the end of the Water Kingdom.

Meanwhile at the shores of the Water Kingdom, Firestorm built a small den out of sand and tried to keep his home away from the shore. To all FireClaws, touching water is never an option. If a FireClaw touches water a few times, they’re dead and their carcass melts. Firestorm built his home on some small grassland area that was part of the Forest Kingdom, but since ForestClaws barely go to where he was, he would be safe. Or at least he hoped.

It was 8:00 PM, the time that Firestorm would go to bed, and still the same day that the devastation of the Fire Kingdom occurred.

No need to worry, everything will be just fine, Firestorm thought as he closed his eyes and went to sleep.

Or at least I hope so.

Chapter 5[]

“HELP ME!” called a FireClaw. The Fire Kingdom was on fire again, and Blaze was not there, leaving it to Flame and Sizzle.

“This is horrible!” shouted Flame. “Mother, what should we do?”

“I think this might work.” Sizzle got an ice bucket that she found and threw ice at the fire. The ice melted in the fire, but it only helped a bit.

Dragons were screaming, and yet the royals didn’t know what to do. More fire then rushed everywhere, destroying the Palace.

“WHERE IS THE KING?!” shouted a bunch of FireClaws.

“Blaze is missing!” called Sizzle. “We’re trying the best as we can!”

It was too late. More streams of fire rushed everywhere, killing more dragons in agony. For some reason, an unknown dragon was hiding behind the trees with a water bucket. A FireClaw noticed that the unknown dragon, it was a FireClaw, flew up and was getting ready to pour it from high above on Flame.

“Flame!” the FireClaw screamed. “HEADS UP!”

Flame looked up and tried to dodge. But it was too late. The dragon spilled all of its water on Flame. It was so much water that Flame started to melt.

Flame’s voice was deepening as she melted. “HELP!” she cried in agony. But it was too late, and her body slowly melted into a puddle of lava.

“NO!!” cried Sizzle and some other FireClaws. Some BloodClaws from above then dropped water everywhere, starting a flood. All the dragons present, including Sizzle, melted into lava.

The FireClaws were no more, except for Blaze, who was missing and could not be found.

Firestorm noticed. “NOOOOOOOO!!” he cried.

At his small den, Firestorm bolted up. It turns out it was a nightmare. “Oh thank god,” he said in relief as he went back to bed.

Meanwhile at the Sea Palace, Aqua was asleep as well, thinking about her future.

“Hooray!” cried all the WaterClaws in honor of the ceremony.

Tidal stepped in front of the Palace. So did Aqua.

“Cheer for my son and my daughter; the new Sea King and Queen!” cheered Leviathan. Everyone cheered.

Aqua and Tidal both smiled.

“Yay!” Aqua cheered, both in her sleep and in reality. She woke up and saw Tidal starting at her. “Oops, sorry. Just a dream,” she said, going back to sleep.

“It’s fine,” Tidal replied. But Aqua was asleep again, so he couldn’t speak to her without a reply, unless if Aqua was able to hear him. Looks like that was nothing, he thought.

Dawn was asleep next to Lucina in the Light Kingdom Palace. Dawn was sound asleep, but Lucina was not. Lucina woke up and looked around the palace.

The guards were asleep. Lucina’s older brother, Candle, was asleep, as well as her older sister, Bright. Lucina didn’t stop. She went far beyond the royal sleeping room, she went to the training room.

Lucina went into the training room as quiet as she could. Every dragon in the Light Palace was asleep, so her glow in the dark scales did not matter to her that she would wake everyone up. Lucina saw a sword and picked it up.

The sword was made out of pure silver from the Metal Kingdom. Lucina touched a few more swords with her scales; they were shiny and fine to touch. Lucina’s favorite was a silver and gold one. She decided to pick it up and carry it with her at all times. She got the sword carrier, put it by her side, put the sword in it, and got back to her room, fell asleep, and started dreaming.

All the LightClaws were cheering. “Arise!” shouted one LightClaw, “Queen Lucina!”

Everyone cheered and said things like “I can’t wait!”. Dawn just smiled, as if she thought Lucina knew what she was going to say, so she didn’t say it.

Lucina stepped up. She stepped on her own, since she had no idea who her mate would be yet. She withdrew her sword from its case and made a pose that she called ‘the new LightClaw pose’. Everyone cheered, knowing Lucina would be a great warrior.

I don’t know how I have my future planned out already, thought Lucina. But I know I will have a strong dragon by my side. I just hope that Mother choses me to rule instead of Candle and Bright.

Chapter 6[]

“Good morning me!” Firestorm said as he walked to the forest, stretching. “Time to get some breakfast.”

Firestorm hunted for a bit in the forest with a carefree mood. What could possibly happen? He felt so jubilant that he was able to grow up on his own and show his mother and father watching him in the spirit world that he could survive on his own. He was carefree until he saw a shadow running across his path.

Firestorm didn’t know what it was. What was that? He was worried and confused at the same time. Other dragons feared his type, so it could be a dragon trying to murder him for real.

Firestorm got nervous that he hid behind a tree. He felt a thorn touching him. Turns out the same dragon was hiding behind the same tree. He looked at the dragon. It was a ForestClaw. They both exchanged glances and shrieked after a long pause.

The ForestClaw backed away slowly and hid behind another tree, thinking Firestorm was going to bring danger.

“I am not here to bring danger!” Firestorm said in a serious tone. “If that’s what you think I’m here to do, I’m not!”

“You are?” asked the ForestClaw from her hiding place. “The last time we saw a FireClaw, it was a massacre!”

“That was a different dragon!” Firestorm took a deep breath. “My name’s Prince Firestorm of the FireClaws. I am not here to injure anyone. My uncle forced me to run away after the tragedy.

The ForestClaw finally peeked out of her hiding place. “So you’re not here to hurt anyone?” she asked. “Can I trust you?”

“Of course you can,” Firestorm replied with a smile. “Do you have a name, ForestClaw?”

It was a long pause with the ForestClaw murmuring some “ums” and “uhs”. “I’m Princess Anthiese,” she said finally. “I am very shy. I’m so sorry!”

“That’s okay,” Firestorm said, noticing her shyness was starting to come to affect as she hid a bit beneath her bright green wing. “I get shy sometimes too.”

“Finally, I’m not alone!” Anthiese exclaimed in happiness as she smiled. “ForestClaws are not often scared. Glad I’m not alone, even if the one who is also shy is a FireClaw!”

Anthiese was brushing her spikes, which were thorns. When she was done, she asked “Why did you run away from the Fire Kingdom? That’s what I heard; you ran away. You said you were here because your uncle. I know you ran away. Why did you do it?”

“Well,” Firestorm replied, sighing. “I had to because he said ‘if I didn’t save the kingdom because I knew how and I didn’t, I would suffer serious trouble’, but now I found out it was a lie thanks to Princess Aqua, a WaterClaw. I would go back, but Blaze might kill me anyway. I’m too scared to go back. I hope you do forgive us FireClaws after everything that was done by our Dragon Type.”

“I feel so sorry for you,” Anthiese replied. “I will make sure that my parents will allow you in the Forest Kingdom! I’ll convince everyone to forgive you. If you need me to join your side to ensure peace, then alright! Just wait here and I’ll be back in a bit.” Anthiese then rushed to the Forest Kingdom with a grin. She then paused to say one more thing. “And I forgive you as well.” She then walked away more to the Forest Palace to share the news with her parents.

Firestorm walked back to his small den and ate the food he caught. When he was finished, he fell asleep and took a nap on the shore.

Anthiese then rushed back to the Forest Kingdom and went inside the Forest Palace.

“Mother! Father!” Anthiese cheered. “I met a FireClaw and he was very friendly! He asked us to forgive them!” She was quite energetic punctuating the lines, and she hoped that her parents would listen to her with her serious, energetic voice.

Anthiese was wrong.

Sward and Bulb, Anthiese’s parents, looked at her strangely.

“YOU WHAT?” shouted Sward angrily.

“YOU MET A FIRECLAW?” shouted Bulb after Sward.

“I didn’t expect you to get all that mad,” Anthiese replied with sweat dripping from her by worrying. “Just saying that he was friendly and he wanted us to forgive the FireClaws!”

“Why would anyone forgive the FireClaws?” asked Terrace, Anthiese’s brother and Prince of the ForestClaws. “They’re the ones who made Clawdin worse over its history.”

“The one I met was friendly,” replied Anthiese. “And he told me about what happened to him in the tragedy. I feel bad. I want you to accept him into the Forest Kingdom. Please. He could be a help defending the Kingdom!”

“I guess,” said Sward, “unless if he doesn’t danger the Kingdom himself.”

“Good point,” replied Bulb.

ForestClaws were screaming outside as the Kingdom was on fire while a dragon was floating in the air, breathing fire.

Sward looked outside. “Are you sure this is not the dragon you were talking about, Anthiese?” he asked strictly.

Anthiese took a closer look at the dragon. “That’s not him,” she said seriously. “The dragon I met was Prince Firestorm, or former Prince until the tragedy. He was indian red and cerise. This dragon is completely blood red with a darker colored tail.”

Terrace gasped. “I know who he is!”

“Who?” asked Bulb, worried.

“That’s King of the FireClaws,” Terrace replied. “I forgot his name though.”

Chapter 7[]

“Terrace!” Bulb sneered. “Why do you always know something and then all of a sudden forget it!”

“Sorry about that, Your Majesty and my mother,” Terrace replied. “But, I do remember his title. Doesn’t that help a bit?”

“Good point. Actually, yes. Thank you.”

Terrace bowed and grinned.

“Mother,” Anthiese asked Bulb. “We should go ask for his identity!”

“That’s absurd!” Bulb shouted at Anthiese. “Why would you ask a FireClaw for its identity?”

“Who knows,” said Anthiese. “We might find something about him we have to know.”

“Wait a minute,” said Sward. “Is that FireClaw that dragon you were talking to and you asked us to forgive the FireClaws because of him?”

“I am not lying,” Anthiese said. “That is not him!”

They stepped outside to find a dragon carcass in front of the palace.

“TO WHOEVER DID THIS,” shouted Bulb. “I DO NOT ACCEPT DRAGON CARCASSES IN MY FOREST, CERTAINLY IN FRONT OF MY PALACE!”

“Calm down, Bulb,” said Sward. “We’ll find some way to drive the FireClaw King outta here.”

“And I have an idea how to do it,” said Anthiese.

“You do?” said Terrace.

“Just wait a bit. I know what to do. Just wait, I need to do one thing,” Anthiese said as she got ready to shout.

“I know this is dumb, but why are you looking like you’re about to shout?” asked Terrace. “I mean, you can’t just yell at him ‘hey, can you leave please so that the kingdom doesn’t die?’ and then he accepts it. You sure this’ll work?”

“Shut up, Terrace,” Anthiese replied angrily. “I know this will work, but I have to ask the attacking dragon for his identity. Don’t interrupt, please.”

“Fine.” Terrace started to get a little angry but believed in his sister. If this doesn’t work, you’re dead, Anthiese, he thought as he wished for the best to happen.

“HEY, LOUSY KING OF THE FIRECLAWS!” Anthiese shouted. “WHO ARE YOU? I MEAN, WHAT’S YOUR NAME?”

The FireClaw stopped, knowing that those dragons knew he was the Fire King. “The attacking dragon,” he replied.

“That doesn’t HELP AT ALL,” Anthiese said as she started to get angry. “I MEAN, WHAT’S YOUR ACTUAL NAME? IS YOUR NAME LIKE FIRE OR SOMETHING?”

“I said my name is the attacking dragon.”

“Forget it.”

“Well, that didn’t help at all,” said Terrace as more other dragons were dying and screaming.

“I have an idea!” Anthiese shouted as she smiled. “FIRESTORM, I NEED YOUR HELP!”

“Firestorm? That FireClaw you were talking about?” questioned Terrace. “Isn’t calling upon another FireClaw going to make the situation worse?”

“Don’t worry, it’ll be fine,” Anthiese winked.

Meanwhile, it was at the shore where Firestorm was munching on rabbit flesh.

“This is good,” he said as he enjoyed the flesh and spit out bones and blood.

“I NEED YOUR HELP!” cried a voice. Firestorm recognized it. It was Anthiese calling for his help.

Don’t worry, Anthiese, Firestorm thought as he put down the rabbit at his den, spread his wings, and flew into the air. I’m on my way!

Firestorm flew as fast as he could, remembering that in the tragedy, he did not come in time to rescue them and did not want it to happen again. He flew as fast as he could and landed in the Forest Kingdom with first sights at Anthiese, Bulb, and Terrace.

“So he did arrive,” said Terrace, looking at Anthiese strangely. “You have a crush on a FireClaw who’s always there to rescue you! Am I wrong? Just admit it, Anthiese!”

“No time to talk about crushes,” said Anthiese, blushing. “Firestorm is here to save the day, right Firestorm?”

“Of course I am,” Firestorm said, not even looking at the other dragons. “Can you give me some background information really quick?”

Anthiese was about ready to speak, but Sward decided to speak instead.

“The Forest Kingdom is currently being attacked by a FireClaw we don’t know,” Sward said as his wings, which were in shapes of leaves, flapped. “Anthiese told us it wasn’t you. We can’t fight a FireClaw well, so we have to leave this in your hands.”

“Will you help us?” asked Bulb.

Firestorm nodded. “Of course I will.” Everyone that survived the attack so far cheered, but the attacker ignored everything and worked on attacking from the air.

“Yay!” a ForestClaw cheered. Firestorm grinned as he spread his wings, got his firebreath ready, and flew up into the air to confront the attacker.

“What do you think you’re doing?” Firestorm growled at the attacking FireClaw.

The attacking dragon turned. “And what do you think you’re doing confronting me?” The dragon was going to say more things, but he stopped and stared at him.

It was a long pause until Firestorm did the same thing. They both stared at each other like it was a staring contest.

“No way,” said the attacking FireClaw. “YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME.”

Firestorm gasped. “So we meet up once again, Blaze.”

Chapter 8[]

“I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT I AM SEEING RIGHT NOW,” Blaze hollered, shaking a tree. “THIS CANNOT BE HAPPENING. NO.”

“What are they doing?” questioned Terrace. “Are they having a mental breakdown or something?”

“Why would you think that, Terrace?” Anthiese replied. “I guess they know each other and maybe are having a reunion.”

“Who knows what could happen?” Bulb said as she looked up into the sky to still see Firestorm and Blaze confronting each other.

Blaze smirked. He knew what he was doing.

“I just wanted to say, Blaze,” Firestorm said with determination, “I know you lied to me when you said for me to run away.”

“How?” asked Blaze, faking astonishment, thinking that Firestorm was just pretending to know it so he could surprise him. “How did you figure it out?”

Firestorm cleared his throat. “By talking to a female WaterClaw, Princess Aqua in fact. She told me you were lying. Remember that female WaterClaws can tell if something is a true statement or a lie?”

Blaze faked astonishment. “But you couldn’t have. The WaterClaws would’ve killed you in an instant finding you.”

“I made friends with them.” Firestorm pointed to Anthiese and her family. “And these dragons here.”

“Go Firestorm!” cheered Sward along with all the other survivors of the current attack.

“It doesn’t matter,” Blaze said, “I already got what I wanted. Goodbye.” Blaze flew away fast, stopping the attack. The survivor ForestClaws used their wings to put out the fires that were still remaining. In a short time, the Forest Kingdom was back to normal again, but still had some ashes and ForestClaw carcasses, which looked like rotten leaves. Bulb didn’t mind as long as the attack was over. Bulb talked to Anthiese about a few things before walking back into the palace.

How is this possible? He survived somehow, thought Blaze as he flew away back to the Fire Kingdom angrily. But luckily, I have a few tricks up my sleeves. He smirked.

Firestorm was shocked that his uncle was acting so evil. Anthiese walked over to him.

“Hey, do you want to stay in the Forest Kingdom tonight? I hear you’re suffering a tragedy. Or do you want to go back home?” Anthiese asked. “Mother says it’s okay if you stay tonight.”

“Sure, I’ll stay tonight,” he said as he noticed the sun was setting. “I would go back to where I belong, just saying, but even though Blaze lied, I feel like I shouldn’t go back.”

“Why?”

“Because everything is going to be so different and weird. Plus, I have a feeling that Blaze is ruling right now and I know that it’s true. I mean, he was second in line until he kicked me out of the Fire Kingdom.”

“You have a good point.”

“Anthiese!” Bulb called. “Come on inside with your boyfriend FireClaw! Dinner!”

“Alright, Mother,” replied Anthiese, “but don’t call him my boyfriend.”

Bulb laughed. “Just come in. Be our guest, Prince Firestorm, Your Majesty.”

Firestorm walked in with pride to the dinner area and sat down with Sward, Bulb, Anthiese, and Terrace. They started to eat the rabbit flesh that was there for them.

“This is really good!” said Firestorm. “I heard you ForestClaws were great at making food! Oh, I could eat this all day!”

“You can stay here as long as you’d like, you’re always welcome!” Bulb cheered, smiling.

I want him to stay so bad, Anthiese thought, but I don’t want him to know I have a crush on him or for Terrace to think about that we’re boyfriends and girlfriends.

Another ForestClaw walked in. The ForestClaw had orange and yellow scales. “Hey Anthiese! Sorry I’ve been out for awhile, but I came back when I heard about the attack! Thank the Dragids you’re not dead and all safe.” The ForestClaw then dreamed of the Dragids, magic dragons that rarely hatched and if they were hatched, they would be in a kingdom and would bring many magics to the kingdom to keep them safe.

“Who is the ForestClaw that just walked in?” asked Firestorm.

Before Anthiese could speak, the ForestClaw screamed.

“IS THAT A FIRECLAW?” she screamed. “THOSE SHOULDN’T BE HERE! GO AWAY YOU FIRECLAW! SHOO, GET AWAY FROM US!”

“Calm down!” said Anthiese, trying to calm the ForestClaw down. “This is my good friend Prince Firestorm. He rescued our kingdom.”

“Oh thank god,” the ForestClaw said, relieved.

“Firestorm,” said Anthiese, turning to him, “this autumn-patterned ForestClaw is my younger sister, Aki. I’m the oldest, but I have heck of a lot of sisters.”

“Darn,” said Firestorm. “I don’t think I can have that many siblings and survive it. I’m an only child.”

“Lucky. It’s a pain having a lot of siblings,” said Aki, joining the conversation.

“Let’s talk for a bit, shall we?” said Firestorm.

“Sure! In my room! Before you ask, Mother, I’m finished!” Anthiese cheered.

“Me too,” said Firestorm.

“I ate while I was out exploring,” said Aki.

“Alright, have a good time,” said Bulb.

They went to Aki’s room, which was on the top floor of the Forest Palace. The palace was a giant tree, and Aki loved playing in the leaves in her room on the top of the tree.

“You have a very nice room,” said Firestorm.

“Thank you,” said Aki.

They sat down.

Have a talk with Firestorm. He’s a really nice FireClaw,” Anthiese said, turning around.

Aki nodded. “Alright,” she said as she turned to Firestorm.

Just as they were about to talk, Anthiese began to sing quietly, hoping nobody would hear her.

“You are the falling leaf

As it flies down a tree to death

The invisible waves of wind

Carry it to heaven or hell

If it was hell

It would be some kind of fire

Fire of the FireClaws is what we thought

But we don’t think so anymore

Firestorm is a good FireClaw

Sing me a song about birthrights and blood from a fierce battle

I’m the primogeniture with many siblings

Although many of them are… lost

You’re an only child

Embrace the dark

ShadowClaws should have a familiar disguise

Sing with me our song

Of conquest and fate and blood

Do you understand me even though we’re different dragon types?

"Singing again?” Aki interrupted her quiet singing.

“YAARGH!” Anthiese screamed, knowing that someone interrupted her, and she knew it was Aki’s voice.

“Was it a love song?” Aki asked as she chuckled.

“NO!” Anthiese really got angry. “SHUT UP, YOU AUTUMN LOVING PICKLE CHICKEN!”

Firestorm and Aki fell over, laughing.

I gotta admit, that was actually really funny. Anthiese also fell over and laughed along.

“What do chickens have to do with that?” Aki said, still laughing that she was crying.

“Most of all, what about the pickles?” Firestorm asked, still laughing. “I don’t think pickles have anything to do with chickens.”

“I say pickle chicken a lot when I get angry instead of calling someone something bad,” Anthiese admitted. “I’m sure you get it.”

“Nice tactic,” Aki said.

“Thank you.”

Firestorm realized something. I should get back to my adventure of defeating Blaze.

Firestorm stood up.

“Do you need something?” asked Aki. “We’re grateful for your help, so we’ll do anything!”

“Not really,” Firestorm replied. “I’m on a mission to defeat Blaze, and I want you guys to help.”

“What are you planning to do?” questioned Anthiese.

“I already answered you, defeat Blaze,” Firestorm replied.

“Oh. Sorry, I’m very dumb.”

“That’s alright.”

“I don’t really like adventures,” said Aki, “but Anthiese would be really willing to come along, I think. She loves adventures.”

“I do, and I sure will,” said Anthiese. “I’m going to ask my parents if I can join you.” Anthiese walked out of the room.

Anthiese came into the throne room where Sward and Bulb nearly fell asleep on their thrones.

“Mother, Father,” consulted Anthiese, “Firestorm told me he’s on a mission to defeat Blaze, the dragon that just attacked. May I go with him?”

Sward woke up, so did Bulb.

“Yes you may, you may show your pride,” Sward and Bulb said at the same time, sleepily but still showing their consent.

Anthiese nodded. “I will defeat Blaze. I will return with more followers.”

“Don’t get so arrogant,” Sward said.

“I won’t, so don’t worry,” Acatha replied happily as she walked out of the room.

She went back to Aki’s room. “I’m ready to go,” she said as she walked in.

“Let’s go then,” said Firestorm.

Aki embraced Anthiese. “See you later, big sister!”

“I’ll see you later!” Anthiese said as she cried tears of joy.

“Time to take off,” Firestorm said as he spread his wings.

“Here we go!” Anthiese cheered as she spread her wings as well.

Firestorm and Anthiese then flapped their wings to fly in the air high. When Anthiese and Firestorm got to the top, Anthiese smiled as she saw the sea and the Forest Kingdom all together.

Anthiese smiled. I can’t wait for this marvelous adventure together.

Part Two: The Prophecy[]

Chapter 9[]

“Nice view, huh?” asked Firestorm as he looked at Anthiese.

“You bet!” Anthiese replied. “I love views like these. Haven’t seen any like this for awhile.” She looked up at the dark, starry sky.

A noise came from the water.

“What was that?” asked Anthiese.

“No idea,” Firestorm said as he looked down and tried to look at the water while not getting too close so he won’t melt from water.

It was a LONG silence before Firestorm saw a shadow in the water and slowly backed away.

A WaterClaw jumped out, trying not to splash Firestorm while she was jumping.

It was Aqua.

“Hey Firestorm!” Aqua said. “Finally found you.” She looked at Anthiese, feeling a bit jealous that Firestorm was hanging out with another female dragon, a ForestClaw. She was silent for a bit. “Who’s the ForestClaw?” she asked.

“This is Anthiese,” said Firestorm.

“Oh.”

It suddenly became silent for a LONG time, or a LONG time to Anthiese.

“Are you guys going to chat or are we going to go on our adventure?” Anthiese said to interrupt the silence.

“Adventure?!” Aqua said, shocked. “You didn’t tell me anything about an adventure!”

“Just thought of doing it,” said Firestorm. “You wanna join?”

“What are you doing in this adventure?”

“Defeating Blaze.”

“Sure! I’ll join. I just hope my parents don’t get mad at me because I said I was out hunting and then I saw you.”

Anthiese stared at Aqua. Aqua stared at her back.

Anthiese’s trying to steal my crush. Aqua squinted at Anthiese.

Anthiese squinted back. Aqua’s going to steal my crush.

“Are you guys ready to go?” asked Firestorm.

"Uh, yes,” Aqua said as she stopped glaring at Anthiese.

They both flew into the air until a portal opened up right in front of them.

“What’s going on?” Anthiese asked, not knowing what the portal was.

“No idea,” replied Firestorm, “but let’s go through it. I’ll go first and see if the coast is clear.”

Firestorm entered the portal. It was silent for a few moments until he stepped out of it and flapped his wings to keep himself in the air.

“The coast is clear,” he said. “Enter in. We should go in.”

The three dragons entered the portal.

The portal lead to the Galaxy Kingdom, called the Secret Kingdom.

When they stepped in, a bunch of GalaxyClaws were everywhere.

I know where I have to go, thought Firestorm. To the palace.

“Where do we go?” asked Anthiese.

“To the palace,” replied Firestorm. “All of you, Aqua and Anthiese, follow me.”

The dragons flew to the palace when they bumped into a dragon, who looked like he could have been a hybrid, but one of his sides was a GalaxyClaw for sure.

“Sorry for bumping into you!” Firestorm apologized.

The GalaxyClaw turned around. “What are you doing here, FireClaw?” he asked angrily.

“I’m friendly,” Firestorm said, “so forgive me for bumping into you. Not here to hurt anyone; I’m here to help.”

“How can I trust you?” asked the GalaxyClaw. “Is it because you have a ForestClaw and a WaterClaw on your side?”

“Affirmative,” said Aqua before Anthiese or Firestorm could speak. You better not steal my crush, Princess Anthiese. He’s mine.

“Alright then,” said the GalaxyClaw, “but lying will make me kill you, and I’m a warrior. A, uh, warrior prince.” He looked at his claws that had some blood stains. “I’m Prince Stardust.”

“FIRST OF ALL,” said Anthiese, trying to make sure her question would answered and not to say it too loud that she sounded angry, “ARE YOU A GALAXYCLAW OR A SHADOWCLAW? YOU LOOK LIKE BOTH.”

“I don’t like shouting. So I will not answer you right now.” “Sorry; I get very stressed. Can you just answer me?”

“Fine.”

“Sooooooo?”

“I am a GalaxyClaw and ShadowClaw hybrid. Case closed.”

“Why would a prince be a hybrid?” asked Aqua. “Sounds odd. Both royal parents would be the same Dragon Type. OR ARE YOU ADOPTED?”

Stardust was silent.

Not just Stardust was silent. Everyone was silent hearing the word “adopted”.

“So you want me to tell the truth,” asked Stardust, “why I’m a hybrid?” “DOESN’T IT SOUND LIKE IT?” Aqua shouted. “OR ARE YOU JUST DEAF?”

Stardust went silent for about a minute.

“You probably shouldn’t have shouted,” said Anthiese.

It was just silent.

Stardust broke the silence. “My father was a ShadowClaw,” he said. “He died when I was a young dragon.”

“Who was your father?” asked Firestorm.

“We can get to that later,” said Stardust. “Most people do not like to hear his name.”

“Why?” asked Aqua.

“I will tell you later, but you can find his name in legendary GalaxyClaw scrolls,” Stardust replied, flapping his wings that looked like a starry sky that was blending into the sky of stars of the Galaxy Kingdom’s sky. “Come with me.”

The three other dragons flapped their giant wings into the air and followed Stardust.

Stardust led them into the palace. Where he went in and found some ShadowClaws working for the king and queen, with some other GalaxyClaws in there too.

Why are there so many ShadowClaws living in the Galaxy Kingdom? wondered Aqua.

“Good day, Stardust!” shouted a ShadowClaw cheerfully as his gray scales went along with the sky that could be seen through the window.

“Hi, Gray,” Stardust said and he turned to his friends. “This is my friend Gray. He’s a hybrid prince like me. He’s the ShadowClaw prince.”

“Nice,” Anthiese said, looking at the vases that had roses in them.

There was a dragon carrying a sword that looked different from the other dragons.

Should I talk to that dragon? Firestorm wondered.

Is it a dangerous dragon?
But I know it’s not a GalaxyClaw or a ShadowClaw.

Could it be…?

The dragon stood up and stared at Firestorm as she noticed him staring at him.

“What are you looking at, FireClaw?” asked the dragon.

“N-nothing,” Firestorm replied, a bit worried. “What Dragon Type are you? What dragon tribe are you in?” It went silent until Stardust walked over, while Aqua and Anthiese were fighting with each other of who gets Firestorm and who gets another dragon as their crush.

“Oh,” Stardust said, looking at Firestorm. “This is a VoidClaw.”

“VoidClaw?!” Firestorm said, shocked. “Sounds awesome, but I haven’t studied a lot about them, but I heard they’re quite awesome.”

“Uh, huh,” Stardust replied. “This is my VoidClaw friend, Swordwielder. Princess.”

“I’ve always took FireClaws as a role model,” said Swordwielder. “Meeting one for myself sounds… awesome!”

“Yeah, I mean, we’re arrogant though,” Firestorm replied. “You don’t want to really take us as a role model, unless if you’re evil.”

“Exactly! The VoidClaws are evil, but not me. I’m hiding it from everyone. Or, some VoidClaws are not evil. Er-- MY FATHER IS."

“She’s very hyper and more friendlier than most VoidClaws,” Stardust said, joining the conversation. “Though she makes a lot of speaking errors sometimes, I guess.”

“Nice to meet you, Princess Swordwielder,” Firestorm said as he bowed.

“I never mind being called princess or not,” said Swordwielder. “Call me what you want. Just not bigwings.”

“Why bigwings?” Firestorm tapped his head.

“Forget it, you wouldn’t understand,” Swordwielder said as she turned around to see Anthiese and Aqua sparring with each other. “I guess you could though, but I’m not in the mood to talk about it.”

“Fight, fight, fight,” Aqua and Anthiese chanted as they sparred. Their sparring looked like a chicken using it’s wings to fight a stick.

Swordwielder laughed and then went silent to watch Aqua and Anthiese spar while Firestorm looked at her wings.

She has large wings, thought Firestorm.

Maybe this is why she says to not call her bigwings…

I can see why.

But I shouldn’t call her that myself.

Swordwielder turned around, both furious and calm, but Firestorm couldn’t tell if she was more angry or relaxed.

“Are you alright?” he asked.

“Yes and no,” Swordwielder replied. “Did you just call me bigwings?”

Firestorm didn’t answer.

“Because I heard you say the word ‘bigwings’ in your mind. Even if it was for no reason, I don’t like it,” Swordwielder replied. “I read your mind.”

“You can READ MINDS?” Firestorm said shockingly as he stepped back.

“Yes, we’re immortal,” Swordwielder said as she nodded. “We have every power that all dragons can have no matter which type they are. Mind reading is one of the powers that all of us VoidClaws have.”

Chapter 10[]

“Well,” Firestorm started. Anthiese and Aqua came over, panting.

“We’re sorry about that,” said Aqua.

“I heard all of the talking, so I heard everything if it was important,” said Anthiese.

“Good, but it was not really important, I guess,” said Swordwielder.

Gray rushed over. “Guys, look what I found!” he shouted as he took out a stone tablet and gave it to Firestorm. “Read it,” he said to Firestorm.

Firestorm read the tablet:

“When evil cannot be stopped,

light will rise to vanquish the darkness.

Choose multiple dragons of royal blood from each kingdom,

one with the scales of carmine for the claws of fire,

one with the scales of the deepest blue for the claws of water,

one with the scales of leaf green for the claws of the forest,

one with the scales of the brightest white for the claws of light,

one with the scales of the darkest purple for the claws of the galaxy,

one with the scales of the darkest gray for the claws of shadow,

one with the scales of the sky blue for the claws of wind,

one with the scales of the mud for the claws of earth,

one with the scales of a insect’s patterns for the claws of insects,

one with the scales of thunder yellow for the claws of thunder,

one with the scales of blood red for the claws of blood,

one with the scales of the power of frostbreath for the claws of ice,

one with the scales of the shiniest silver armor for the claws of metal,

and one with the scales of the mysterious for the claws of void.

The one who combines all the dragons together

shall have the power of the Claws of Power.

Keep this hidden for the best possibilities,

use each dragon to get the destiny for peace.

The dragons of destiny will save Clawdin

only if everything goes right.

The dragons of destiny will be here soon…”

“Woah,” said Swordwielder. “But who are the ‘dragons of destiny’ that the scroll is mentioning about?”

“Maybe there are some dragons who are keeping this secret,” said Gray. “Should we have not read the scroll?” Solar walked over. “So you guys found my scroll,” he said.

“Your scroll?” questioned Stardust.

“You wrote this?” asked Swordwielder.

“Most of all, what is this for?” Gray said.

“Even your mother doesn’t know about this yet,” Solar replied.

“Queen Lunar doesn’t know about this scroll that you claimed to have written?” said Aqua.

“Who are all of these ‘dragons of destiny’ anyway?” Anthiese said angrily.

“You will find that out soon,” Solar said as he pointed to a secret room. “I want you to follow me.”

The dragons nodded and followed him, but Anthiese and Aqua shook in fear.

I think this is worse than me fighting with Anthiese, Aqua thought nervously.

In the Sky Kingdom, a WindClaw with the scales of sky blue flew over the clouds.

“This is awesome!” said the dragon beside her. “Sister, you say you can blend in! I wish I could too.”

“Go princesses! Go!” shouted WindClaws from underneath.

Both WindClaws landed with their wings making a tornado of wind underneath their wings.

A BloodClaw stepped out of the crowd and congratulated the princesses, first walking to the older one.

“Well done, Songbird,” said the BloodClaw. “The oldest princess is really awesome.”

“What about me?” said the younger WindClaw.

“You are amazing too, Princess Cloud,” he replied.

“We’re all amazing as WindClaws, Scar,” said Songbird.

“So this BloodClaw friend of yours has the name ‘Scar’?” asked Cloud.

“Oh, did I not introduce you to my BloodClaw friend, Scar?” asked Songbird as her sky-blue scales blended into the sky. “Or should I say, Prince Scar?”

“Oh yeah,” said Cloud. “I heard of Prince Scar.”

Scar stepped in front of Cloud and smiled. “It’s good we all know each other,” he said as he scratched his wings.

“The BloodClaw prince, Scar, is one of the best BloodClaws I’ve met!” shouted a WindClaw in the crowd. Scar heard it and smiled.

Some GalaxyClaw came in wearing a mask and snatched Scar and Songbird.

Scar and Songbird were screaming. “HELP!” they cried.

WindClaws tried to help them, but the GalaxyClaw wearing a mask responded by slapping their wings so they lost balance and plummeted back into the Sky Kingdom.

“I’ll get help!” cried Cloud. Before Cloud could run, a WindClaw and a BloodClaw jumped in front of her. It was the BloodClaw king, Diablo, and the WindClaw king, Eagle, Songbird’s and Cloud’s father.

“Run into the palace!” cried Eagle. “You could die!”

“Alright then,” Cloud said as she rushed into the Sky Palace. The Sky Palace had the colors of the dawn sky and cloud white. Cloud rushed in and hid in her bedroom, where her younger brother, Mockingjay, noticed her shivering.

“What is going on?” asked Mockingjay, worried. “First of all, where’s Songbird?”

“She was captured,” Cloud replied, crying. “She may never come back!”

“Oh,” Mockingjay replied, joining Cloud’s crying.

Outside, Diablo and Eagle were defeated. The WindClaw queen, Bluebird, rushed from the backyard of the palace, where she was gardening carrots with the BloodClaw queen, Blessed.

“What happened?” asked Blessed, worried.

“You will cry at what happened,” said Eagle, “to our daughter, Bluebird, and Blessed’s son, Scar.”

“Tell me anyway,” both Bluebird and Blessed said as Blessed’s blood red scales collided with Bluebird’s sky-blue scales.

“Scar and Songbird were kidnapped,” said Diablo. “And we don’t know where the GalaxyClaw that took them are taking them.”

All of the dragons burst into tears.

In the Earth Kingdom, Prince Landslide was doing his favorite hobby, rolling in mud.

A female EarthClaw noble walked up in front of Landslide. “Doing what you love, huh, milord?” “Hello, Chikyu,” replied Landslide. “Err, Lady Chikyu.” Chikyu laughed. “I don’t mind being called just by name, but everyone calls me Lady Chikyu because I’m a noble. It’s fine whatever I’m called. Chikyu, Lady Chikyu, whatever.”

Landslide noticed two GalaxyClaws in the air, where one was carrying a ThunderClaw. “Lady Chikyu,” he consulted, “do you know who those GalaxyClaws in the sky carrying a ThunderClaw?” Chikyu looked up. “No,” she said. “But I know that ThunderClaw is the ThunderClaw prince, Pikachu.”

“Prince Pikachu,” Landslide said curiously as he looked up at the sky. He noticed that the two GalaxyClaws were diving right towards them.

“What do you want?” asked Chikyu. “Pikachu, the ThunderClaw prince on your back, unconscious. Sounds suspicious.”

“We want nothing, Lady Chikyu,” said the GalaxyClaw that was carrying Pikachu on his back while Pikachu was unconscious.

It was only meant to be a distraction.

The other GalaxyClaw knocked out Chikyu, where she fell to the ground as Landslide screamed.

“WHAT IS GOING ON?” screamed Landslide.

“You’re coming with us,” said the GalaxyClaw that knocked out Chikyu. He knocked out Landslide as well, where Landslide fell over, unconscious, and he put Landslide on his back with his partner GalaxyClaw as they flew off.

The two GalaxyClaws chatted as the two unconscious princes were on their backs. “So what do we have already?” asked one of them, who was carrying Pikachu.

“Let’s see, we have the claws of blood, claws of thunder, claws of earth, and the claws of wind captured by us,” said the GalaxyClaw carrying Landslide. “Master said that he will get the claws of fire, claws of sea, claws of the forest, claws of the galaxy, claws of shadow, claws of light, and the claws of void for us. He told me that he already got the claws of light for us.”

“We still have some more to go,” said the other GalaxyClaw. “We still have the claws of insects, claws of ice, and the claws of metal left to go.”

“He will be so proud when we capture all the royal blood dragons for his prophecy.” Both of the GalaxyClaws laughed evilly, but they made it sound like they were giggling in case other dragons were hearing them laugh evilly.

“Let’s return to the palace, Ceres,” said the GalaxyClaw carrying Pikachu.

“Sure, Albedo,” said Ceres as he struggled to make sure that Pikachu would not fall off his back.

“I can’t wait to get back to the Galaxy Kingdom,” said Albedo. “When we do, Master King Solar is going to thank us for working on his prophecy.”

Chapter 11[]

At the Galaxy Palace, Solar was showing the other dragons the room he told them to follow him into.

The room was dark and quiet, where there was a LightClaw using her sword to cut a bunch of dummies like she was in training. It was not a normal sight since LightClaws do not use swords since they believe in benevolence.

But there was only one LightClaw that used a sword.

Princess Lucina.

Lucina used her sword to chop two dummies in half in a row while a servant GalaxyClaw would replace the dummies every time.

“Good job, Lucina,” said the GalaxyClaw as he set a bunch of more dummies in front of her.

Lucina stopped to rest for a bit. “Can I take a break?” she asked, panting.

“No resting!” shouted the GalaxyClaw.

“Fine,” Lucina replied, starting to attack more dummies reluctantly. Now I want to attack the GalaxyClaw instead of the dummies now, she thought.

Albedo and Ceres came in with Landslide and Pikachu. Pikachu got angry as his tail started to twitch.

“FIRST,” Pikachu shouted, “YOU CAPTURE ME FROM MY KINGDOM AND THEN FORCE ME TO LIVE IN THE SECRET KINGDOM?”

“Shut it, you noisy prince,” hissed Ceres.

Scar and Songbird walked over to Firestorm and the others.

“I hate this, don’t you, too?” asked Songbird.

“What do you mean?” asked Gray.

“We have to be trapped in here,” replied Scar.

“Why do we have to be trapped?” asked Anthiese while her leaf-shaped wings dropped to the stone ground. Her green scales caught Scar’s eye.

“May I have a break now?” asked Lucina when the guard finally ran out of dummies.

“What do you think, Master Solar?” asked the GalaxyClaw.

“Yes you may stop and take a break, Lucina,” said Solar for the GalaxyClaw. “But come back later.”

Lucina sighed. “I just want this to be a happy experience.”

“Alright, you dragons, listen up” said Solar. I want you to know your personal trainers so you know everything for the prophecy.” He pointed to Ceres. “This is Ceres.” He then pointed to the GalaxyClaw that was training Lucina. “This is Venus.” He pointed to Albedo. “This is Albedo.” But, it didn’t sound like Albedo to Anthiese; it sounded like Alfredo.

“Hello, Alfredo,” said Anthiese, trying to hold back a laugh.

“Who’s Alfredo?” asked Gray.

Anthiese pointed to Albedo. “Him.”

“WHAT?” Albedo angrily shouted. “IT’S ALBEDO. ALL-BE-DOH. THERE YOU GO. I GAVE YOU SOME EDUCATION, PRINCESS.”

Instead of making Anthiese feel ashamed, she started laughing along with the others that were there.

“That was a good one!” laughed Songbird. “But I like Alfredo better!”

“Fine,” Albedo said angrily. “You may call me Alfredo if you want, but I assure you that you will not like what happens next if you do it for too long.”

Everyone stopped laughing and pretended to act serious. But Anthiese decided to do another funny thing, but she decided to wait until later.

“We have a few more dragons coming in,” said Venus. “Dragons chosen to be the claws of metal, claws of ice, and claws of insects.”

“Ceres and I are going to get them right now,” said Albedo. “We’ll be back.”

“Which dragon do you want to get first?” asked Ceres. “Claws of metal? Claws of ice? Claws of insects?”

“Claws of insects,” replied Albedo. “Their wings are too pathetic since they’re shaped like a bumblebee’s wings and they can be easily broken and then fixed. It’s easy; let’s go.”

Albedo and Ceres left. Venus decided to continue.

“Do you have any questions?” asked Venus. “We’re starting training tomorrow and it’s currently about eight at night now.”

Everyone went silent.

“I guess that means no questions,” said Venus. “Well, hang out. Get to know each other.”

Songbird sighed. “I think the only day that will be good is today,” she said, sighing again.

In the Insect Kingdom, Dragonfly was hanging out in the Insect Kingdom.

The entire Insect Kingdom was a giant hive that could fit many dragons inside there. Of course, InsectClaws were tiny, but other dragons from other kingdoms could also fit in there as well, but it was a great place for an InsectClaw.

Dragonfly stared out of the royals’ hive, which was a huge, huge honeycomb. He looked at the other InsectClaws.

“What are you doing, Dragonfly?” asked Dragonfly’s older sister, Yellowjacket.

Dragonfly sighed. “Nothing really.”

Dragonfly’s younger brother and sister, Zygentoma and Ladybug entered.

“Wanna play?” asked Ladybug, the youngest, as she held a small leaf.

InsectClaws love to play with leaves, just like if it were a ball. Dragonfly smiled seeing Ladybug hold the leaf.

“Sure,” said Dragonfly.

“You can start throwing the leaf!” cheered Zygentoma. “Just don’t rip it!”

Dragonfly threw the leaf, which landed outside of their hive, where Ladybug and Zygentoma were then scrambling for it as if they were in a frenzy.

Yellowjacket laughed. “They’re so cute.”

Dragonfly nodded back as he saw some other young InsectClaws join in to play with Zygentoma and Ladybug. “I think they’re busy now,” he chuckled.

“I’m going to check in on the palace,” said Yellowjacket. “Mother says that she’ll need me in a bit, so I’ll be ready.”

“I’ll have fun watching this ‘show’,” said Dragonfly as he saw Zygentoma throw the leaf.

“I’m sure you will,” Yellowjacket laughed as she walked into more of the palace honeycomb.

Dragonfly stood there and watched the children play until he heard a call from his father and mother, King Hawker and Queen Bumblebee, who were standing in the middle.

“Attention, everyone!” called Bumblebee. “We found that there are GalaxyClaws invading!”

“They said they’re after ‘someone’,” said Hawker. “Who is that ‘someone’? We don’t know. We recommend you go back into your hives NOW, since they are in the kingdom!”

Everybody started to scream and were rushing back to their honeycomb homes and hid.

Time passed since the event. Bumblebee noticed that the event was over and went outside to announce it.

“I’m going to say that the event is over; I just noticed the GalaxyClaws leaving,” she said as she walked outside, but then paused. “Wait a minute. Has anyone seen Dragonfly?” She paused again but then realized one thing. “I saw the GalaxyClaws take a dragon! No way. I realize now! It was Dragonfly! I thought it was a peasant... Dang it.

“You have to realize this and realize that,” said Hawker. “And then you forget often.”

“Yeah. I’m a birdbrain.”

“”It’s alright. Let’s go find Dragonfly.”

Before Bumblebee and Hawker could spread their wings to leave the kingdom, a guard walked in.

“Your Highness, Your Majesty,” he said. “I found this note from the GalaxyClaws about Prince Dragonfly’s kidnapping.” He handed Bumblebee the note.

Bumblebee read the note aloud:

“Dear all you InsectClaws,

We are dearly sorry about the kidnapping of your prince. We know what you’re thinking. ‘The GalaxyClaws writing this note did this theirselves, why are their sorry for their own sin?’ Well, we need to borrow Dragonfly for a prophecy. This prophecy is secret, so please do not let anyone know. We are sorry, but we will give back Dragonfly once our prophecy is done.”

Everyone went silent.

“Alright,” said Hawker. “I guess the GalaxyClaws say that they’re going to return Dragonfly. No worries, I guess.”

Ice Kingdom. The many royal IceClaws flew around playing catch, except for one.

“Come on, Blizzard!” said one of them.

Blizzard stood up. She was reading a book about the history of Clawdin and all of its successions. “I am fine with reading this book. I am not interested in playing your game, Rime.”

Rime tried to convince Blizzard to stop reading. “Come on!”

Another IceClaw sibling came down out of Blizzard’s three siblings. This one was a male, while the others were all female, making him the only male.

“Why not just play yourselves?” said Verglas, the only male. “I mean, this game only requires at least two people. Rime and Icicle, just play yourself and allow Blizzard to continue reading.”

Icicle, the final sibling, finally spoke. “You know, Verglas is right. I’ll just play with you.”

“It would be more fun if Blizzard actually joined,” replied Rime, disappointed. “I wonder what kind of books she reads anyway. Probably some moronic book about why she wants to be alone.”

“You just make fun of anything, Rime,” said Icicle, very disappointed. “She might be doing this because she has to. If she wants to, it must be because of some important reason.”

“Looks like I have to accept it,” said Rime as she facepalmed herself with her paw. “Let’s go play, Icicle.” Rime and Icicle flew into the air and played catch with the ball, which the ball was a frozen snowball that looked almost impossible to melt; but if it did start to melt, they would just use frostbreath on it to make it look like it wasn’t melting at all.

Blizzard continued to read, where Verglas sat next to her.

“It’s annoying being the oldest, huh?” asked Verglas. “As the second oldest, you know I’m the IceClaw king next along with you. Of course you mean not two kings, you’re a girl. Okay, I’m just being my idiotic self. Not doing that again.”

“It is annoying being the oldest,” said Blizzard. “But not with you around, Verglas.” She saw Verglas’s grin. “Besides, it’s sometimes fun to play ball, but just not all the time. I want to catch up on my studies so I know what to do in most situations.”

No IceClaw knew, even the two playing IceClaw sisters, that Blizzard and Verglas were being watched by some GalaxyClaws.

“You’ll be a smart queen,” replied Verglas. “I can’t wait for it.”

A large wind of air cut Blizzard and Verglas from seeing each other. Blizzard quickly put in a bookmark just in case the book fell over and she lost her page, while Verglas closed his eyes from all the velocity of the air hitting his eye.

When Verglas opened his eyes, Blizzard was gone.

“BLIZZARD IS MISSING!” called Verglas.

Everybody gasped, while Queen Permafrost went out immediately.

“TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED!” shouted Permafrost. Permafrost was a IceClaw-EarthClaw hybrid, but nobody knows why, but Permafrost acts really angry when it is mentioned, so it is kept as the “Permanent Secret”. Permafrost gets angry every time that someone says “perma” in there, so nobody really talks about it anymore, but in their minds, yes they do.

“I couldn’t tell,” said Verglas. “Something came between us, and before we knew it, she was gone.”

“Strange,” said an IceClaw.

Icicle and Rime flew down and put their ball on the ground.

“I feel worried for big sister,” said Icicle.

“It’s not really anything to worry about,” said Rime arrogantly. “I mean, maybe she’s defeating some evil dragons! WHOOOO!” She tried to impress everybody, but failed. “N...never mind.”

“All we can do is hope for the best if nobody knows what happened,” Permafrost explained as she heard some IceClaw in the background say that “nobody saw her go missing, probably.” “Does anyone know who and how Blizzard got kidnapped?” she asked.

Everybody went silent and then shrugged.

“I guess that’s a no,” Permafrost sighed. “So we have to hope for the best.”

“Define ‘the best’,” said Rime.

“That Blizzard returns.”

Metal Kingdom. Ferrous was wearing his armor as he, as royal blood, flew proudly throughout the Metal Kingdom.

“Hey, Ferrous!” called a commoner MetalClaw as she bowed.

“Hello, Medallion,” replied Ferrous to the commoner MetalClaw (who of course, was Medallion.) Ferrous really adored Medallion, but his destiny was to mate with his sister, Iron.

“So, what are you doing today?” asked Medallion as she stomped at the ground.

“Nothing really,” replied Ferrous. “You wanna visit the palace?”

“Oooh, sure,” replied Medallion. “Let me go get permission from my mom really quick.” She ran back to her den to get her mother’s consent.

Just then, Ferrous found a stone on the ground.

“Nice pretty stone. Is this an igneous?” he said, inspecting the rock, not knowing it was a trap.

Just then, a GalaxyClaw swooped by him, and grabbed him while nobody noticed.

The only one who noticed was Ferrous himself. “HEY! SOMEONE HELP!” he called, but he was so far up, that nobody heard him as a portal entered up and he entered the Secret Kingdom.

Back in the Galaxy Kingdom room for the dragons of destiny, the current ones there were wondering a few things.

“What do you think this is for?” asked Songbird.

“No idea,” said Firestorm.

“Maybe he really is going to murder us,” said Scar. “I think he learned that from the BloodClaws like me, considering I am one! Err, I haven’t seen him before in the Blood Kingdom, so I guess no.”

GalaxyClaws came back with the final dragons of destiny, including Albedo and Ceres. They placed them down, and Dragonfly looked around.

“This looks nothing like home!” he whined. “Why am I in the Secret Kingdom?!” “Same here!” shouted Ferrous and Blizzard. Blizzard was still holding her book but put a bookmark in it as if she was reading it on the way to the Secret Kingdom, the Galaxy Kingdom.

“That is nothing to worry about,” said Solar. “You all have to stay here until the prophecy is completed.” Blizzard looked up at Solar, whose sun-yellow and orange scales intimidated her.

“This is not going to go well,” said Ferrous.

Firestorm stood up and walked towards Blizzard, Ferrous, and Dragonfly. “Hello,” he said in a friendly manner. “I suppose you would like to know everyone’s names before having to do stuff here?”

“Oh, yes,” replied Blizzard as she sat down with the other dragons that were already there. Dragonfly and Ferrous followed her, but they did not say a word.

“I’m Firestorm,” said Firestorm as he pointed to himself.

“I’m Aqua,” said Aqua as Firestorm pointed to her.

“Anthiese is my name,” said Anthiese. She pointed to herself before Firestorm could point out that she is who she said she was.

“Stardust,” said Stardust, also pointing to himself, and giving a gesture at Firestorm to say that “they all got who everyone is themselves, and you do not need to worry and point it out for them”.

“Gray,” said Gray.

“Swordwielder,” said Swordwielder, bowing.

“Songbird,” said Songbird.

“I’m Scar,” said Scar. “And you guys?”

“My name is Dragonfly,” said Dragonfly as his bee-shaped wings flapped as his sunflower-yellow scales shone in the dark room.

“Blizzard,” said Blizzard as her snow-white scales made the black walls have some glamour to them.

“Ferrous,” said Ferrous as he showed his metal armor.

“Ferris?” said Aqua, misunderstanding his name.

“FERROUS,” replied Ferrous, starting to get annoyed as he bared some of his teeth. “F-E-R-R-O-U-S. FERROUS.”

“Oh, sorry,” said Aqua, seeing Ferrous bear his teeth, taking it as a warning.

Blizzard took out a book and began to read. “I’m not getting into any arguments,” she said.

Aqua smiled. “I want to share with you guys something,” she said. “But later, somebody would get mad if I did it.” She noticed Albedo staring at her.

Firestorm checked the time on his watch he built. “It’s been about two hours since Aqua, Anthiese, and I have arrived,” he said.

“Wait a minute,” Stardust said in shock. “If Aqua is a WaterClaw and she’s been on land for two hours, then she must be gasping for the water right now!”

“You’re right! I forgot that WaterClaws have that!” he pointed to Aqua, who was supposedly gasping for air.

But for some reason, she wasn’t gasping for air.

If she isn’t gasping for air, then that must mean she’s a Dragid, thought Firestorm. Magical dragons with secret powers that some powers can still not be fully solved… Just like Aki said.

Chapter 12[]

“Why isn’t Aqua gasping for air?” asked Anthiese.

Swordwielder looked at Firestorm “I just read Firestorm’s mind,” she said. “Aqua must be a Dragid!”

“I agree with you, Swordwielder,” said Stardust as he looked at Swordwielder's sword beside her.

Aqua looked at them. “Yes, I am a Dragid,” she said, nodding.

Albedo looked at Solar. “Never knew one of the dragons you captured was a Dragid,” he said.

“I didn't know she was a Dragid either,” replied Solar. “At least I know that I picked the perfect WaterClaw.”

“Only one of us is a Dragid. Very interesting,” said Stardust. “I'm currently studying Dragids. Can you help me with it, Aqua?”

“Um, okay,” Aqua replied, blushing.

Stardust looked around. “Could we get some light in here?” he asked.

“Alright,” Venus replied as he got a lantern, breathed some fire into it, and lit it. He set it next to Anthiese.

Anthiese jerked away from the lantern. “ForestClaws hate fire, you know. Don't put fire next to a ForestClaw.”

Venus ignored Anthiese and walked away.

“Just ignore it and don't try to touch or trip or something on it,” Landslide said as he scratched his wing.

Anthiese started to keep jerking around as she noticed a VoidClaw enter the room as all the servants left the dark room at night to sleep.

“Good evening,” said the VoidClaw. “I heard one of you is a FireClaw.”

Firestorm stood up. “Yes, I am.”

“Good,” the VoidClaw said as she stretched her wings. “My name is Preykiller. I am an adviser to the queen.” Preykiller coughed. “Or, I was. I was captured by King Blaze to work for him, and when I said no, he imprisoned me, starved me, and made me fight. I fled successfully, but I wanted to get you.”

“Heya, Preykiller!” said Swordwielder. “I remember you. You taught Fiercekiller and me how to fight.”

“Yes, Fiercekiller is quite good at fighting,” Preykiller said. “You are too.”

“Who’s Fiercekiller?” asked Ferrous.

“The VoidClaw prince and Fiercekiller’s brother,” said Stardust. “I’ve been studying them for a bit.” He looked at Swordwielder’s sword as Swordwielder smiled back at him.

“We don’t have time to chat about VoidClaws,” said Preykiller. “We have a world to save.”

“How?” asked Blizzard. “I thought it was just the Fire Kingdom that was in trouble by their tyrant.”

“It’s not just that,” said Preykiller. “I’ve heard that there are many other cases like this happening.”

They heard a footstep.

“Hide, Preykiller!” Swordwielder said. “I think someone’s coming. We’re supposed to be sleeping!”

Preykiller nodded and quickly fled and blended herself into a wall so she could not be seen.

Lucina pretended to sleep as fast as she could while the others curled up, pretending to be asleep.

Solar entered the room with Albedo.

“Your Highness,” said Albedo, looking at the dragons, thinking they were asleep. “They are asleep. Just as you wanted.”

“Good,” said Solar. “Lock all possible exits so they cannot escape.”

“Yes, sir!” Albedo closed all the possible sights of light, forgetting that Lucina’s scales can shine (since she is a LightClaw), thinking that he studied so much (“I’ve studied so much, I know everything about LightClaws according to this history book written a few thousand years ago.”) and would be successful. He exited the room with Solar when all possible exits were closed.

But there was one thing Solar and Albedo forgot about that was quite obvious.

“Now what?” asked Preykiller, coming out of her hiding place. “How are we going to escape? We need a Dragid to do that!”

“Actually,” said Aqua. “I am a Dragid!”

Preykiller opened her mouth in shock but tried not to scream. “REALLY?”

“Yes,” said Aqua. “They forgot that Dragids are almost like VoidClaws; they have pretty good powers. It even includes allowing to go through walls.”

“But how are we going to get through?” asked Dragonfly.

“I’ll go outside and open the possible escape routes,” said Aqua. “Lucina, since your scales can shine, I think you should lead everyone out. I’ll use my powers to make it dark that if anyone is watching, they’ll think that we’re asleep.”

“Good plan.” Lucina lit up their scales as Aqua quietly carved a hole outside after walking through the walls, allowing Lucina and the others to go through. Lucina then led all the dragons out.

When they were finally done following Lucina, they saw a starry sky, as if it was outer space.

Firestorm couldn’t believe it, and so did the other dragons.

They were finally outside of their prison.

Chapter 13[]

They were successful on escaping although Firestorm wasn’t quite sure.

Aqua sighed as she closed her eyes.

“There’s no time to rest,” Gray whispered to all the dragons. “Come on. We gotta leave the Secret Kingdom before we’re caught.”

“Right,” Firestorm whispered.

Stardust nodded. “I can finally leave and explore the outside world. I haven’t done this in awhile.” Stardust smiled. “My step-father isn’t a very good dragon.”

Preykiller started to flap her wings. “I think we should go to the Fire Kingdom,” she said. “Firestorm needs to reclaim his kingdom back. I mean, the Fire Kingdom is horrible.”

“That’s what I’ve heard,” Songbird said.

“Well, we’ve gotta go now if we want to do this,” Firestorm said. “We don’t want to get caught.”

They slowly walked out silently to make sure Solar didn't notice them. They then flew away out of a portal after they knew someone wasn't coming for them.

Or was someone coming?

After exiting the portal they all flew above the ocean, where the Firestorm, Aqua, and Anthiese entered it. When they first got out, they tried not to fall into the water, certainly Firestorm since he was able to die in water.

"That was close," Aqua whispered as she saw bubbles from the water, as if someone was talking underwater. It could be her own parents looking for her. She just noticed that she had a scar on her chest from using her Dragid powers. It could lead to her parents thinking that her own friends were trying to assassinate her.

All of the dragons could hear it. "AQUA!" called a voice. Firestorm recognized it. It was Leviathan. He was looking for Aqua.

"Come on guys, run," Firestorm said. "Leviathan's a scary king you don't want to mess with or confront. Come on." He led all the dragons to the edge of the Fire Kingdom. "We're here," he said. "Let's go and end the life of the mad king once and for all."
