Some days, I feel like everything is awful and will never be fine. Some days, I feel like the world is horrible and destroyed. Some days, I'm just tired.

But it's the little things like licking a drip of ice cream while the sun shines down. It's the little things like finding a good book, like nailing that piano piece. It's the little things like seeing a baby smile, the little things like hearing the news that someone close to you is having a baby, a baby that has never experienced the world yet, a baby that you have no idea will be happy or sad or anything, because they haven't even seen the world yet. Think about that, their life hasn't even started, they haven't felt any of this. It will happen to them. It'll keep going on and on throughout generations.

It goes on.

Life goes on. It does. Around you, Earth is spinning. Around you, people are buzzing. Around you, someone is dying, someone is being born this very moment.

You aren't part of those people's lives, but you could be. All you have to do, is get up from you chair and go outside. Wave that weak hello. Remember, the world is teeming, moving, buzzing. We can't give up yet on our planet and ourselves, because it goes on.

It goes on.

It goes on.

It goes on.

Accept that. Embrace it. You'll feel so much better, because it does. In the midst of your suffering, all the people on the entire earth, all the people you've never known, they are moving, they are going, because while you stay still and think this is the end, they are moving and being and living.

Because,

It goes on.
